Major is an affectionate and curious greyhound. He loves going everywhere with his foster/trainer and practices the skills he learns at the grocery store, home improvement warehouse, record store and he travels well for short trips or out of town.
He is very friendly when meeting new people, from children to the elderly. He loves meeting and playing with new dogs, but is a bit too playful with very small dogs at this time. He is untested on cats.
Major is very tall, and has excellent bracing skills for those who need mobility assistance.

When not training, Major loves playing with stuffed animals and chew toys, zooming with his housemates, digging in his sandpit and curling up close to his foster family. He loves water of all kind, even the rain. Major prefers to snuggle close in the bed, always in physical contact with his human. If you want a service dog who never wants to leave your side, Major may be the dog for you!
